Today was a double workday.
And I went with my man to the orthopedist. The outcome wasn't as bad as I thought. There was not talk of permanent disability. There was talk about NOT googling your MRI results because that can be misinterpreted in a whole host of ways. And there were prescriptions dispensed for pain and reduction of inflammation. Along with the writing of a note, excusing him from work for another two weeks.
Sound good? It did to me.
Now we continue to play the waiting game and see if it gets better.
