I reached out to the boss and she gets it. She is going to have a discussion with her staff about budgeting and how the budget was put together for the job I do. I am right. This doesn't change my Board or the staff that I have to deal with at my night meetings.
But I feel justified and for now that is enough so that I want to stay.
