Somewhere In-Between

The countdown is on.

Three hours. Three hours until I get myself ready to go out. Three hours to mull over wardrobe options.

I just did a "quick peek" in my closet and found a couple of options. I won't know until I try them on with those special garments that suck in all that loose flab I have around the middle.

Oh quit groaning. I DO have it. I may hide it well. But it's there, trust me!

Moving on ... I looked at my shoes. For someone who lives in sneakers I do have a lot of choices. All in black. All in different styles. While I would love to just wear comfy low heeled shoes it was pointed out to me that if I am going to get all dressed up, I might as well go all the way. (You in the back, stop laughing!) So I picked out a couple pairs that I can probably wear all night without too much complaint.

I know it will be fun. I just wish it was right now so I can stop obsessing about it.
